Designed to sit comfortably within the coastal landscape, the homes prioritise durability, natural light and energy-efficient living, and were delivered in collaboration with Morriachi Architecture while working as a partner and director at CHP Group. The project was recognised with an MBA Award for Excellence in 2025.

A five level mixed use development comprising eight luxury apartments, two commercial tenancies, and a full basement carpark. Reinforced concrete structure with Dincel and Speed panel facades. Delivered whilst a partner and director with CHP Group in collaboration with Morriachi Architecture & Arcos Engineers, this development was built boundary to boundary with an existing apartment building on its northern side. This was a complicated and challenging build delivered with precision.
