Delivered under collaboration with Arcos Engineers, maintaining design integrity and build quality from start to finish. It won an MBA award for excellence in construction in the multi dwelling construction category.

A five level mixed use development comprising eight luxury apartments, two commercial tenancies, and a full basement carpark. Reinforced concrete structure with Dincel and Speed panel facades. Delivered whilst a partner and director with CHP Group in collaboration with Morriachi Architecture & Arcos Engineers, this development was built boundary to boundary with an existing apartment building on its northern side. This was a complicated and challenging build delivered with precision.
