Four high-end coastal townhouses delivered over three levels, featuring suspended concrete slabs, blockwork construction, private pools and refined coastal detailing. Designed to sit comfortably within the coastal landscape, the homes prioritise durability, natural light and energy-efficient living, and were delivered in collaboration with Morriachi Architecture while working as a partner and director at CHP Group. The project was recognised with an MBA Award for Excellence in 2025.

Knock-down rebuild on a challenging multi-level site with bulk excavation and underpinning of neighbouring properties, plus polished concrete and off-form slabs across 3 split levels. Inclusion of master bedroom, ensuite, walk-in robe, butler's pantry, and hidden rumpus room. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, rumpus + study, 2 car spaces. Achieved suburb record on sale of property.

Addition and renovation of an existing 1980s townhouse, converted into modern open-plan living with a new outdoor entertaining area. Adjoining existing garage incorporated within the home's footprint, plus addition of a new master bedroom and ensuite. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 car spaces.
A five level mixed use development comprising eight luxury apartments, two commercial tenancies, and a full basement carpark. Reinforced concrete structure with Dincel and Speed panel facades. Delivered whilst a partner and director with CHP Group in collaboration with Morriachi Architecture & Arcos Engineers, this development was built boundary to boundary with an existing apartment building on its northern side. This was a complicated and challenging build delivered with precision.
