Request deletion

You can request deletion of information associated with Northgate Social Analytics by following these steps:

1. Remove or revoke Northgate Social Analytics from the relevant Facebook or Meta business integration settings.
2. Email [email protected] with the subject "Northgate Social Analytics data deletion request".
3. Include your name and the relevant Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or Meta Business Portfolio name. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

What happens next

We may ask for information needed to verify that you are authorised to make the request. Once verified, we will remove stored OAuth tokens and delete information associated with the connection unless retention is required by law. We will respond to valid requests within 30 days.
